MPVM Celebrates Founder’s Day------> 20th December 1912 marked an important day in the history of MPVM as it was on that day that Lokmanilalji was born who was to later lay the founding stone of this prestigious school and translate his vision of a progressive India through an educational institution. He was an exemplary man who was able to envision how to contribute in the development of his country, a man with courage, to take such steps as none other. MPVM celebrated the birth centenary of its founder on 21st Dec. 2015. It began with a lovely thought by a little one. Children fondly remembered the founder president and gave a series of reflective speeches on his life, ideals and his vision for India and how he felt that education could help in the progress and development. A group of students sang a song to pay homage / tribute to him. A poem was also presented as a tribute to this great and unique personality. Hony. Secretary Prof. Krishna Gupta held an interactive session with the children and through the session she told them that “real tribute” to a great soul is given by translating his dreams / vision into reality - to imbibe such courage and creativity within themselves and be righteous and adapt the values given in the Bhagvat Gita. She also stressed on a good, wholesome diet for children which would ensure good health and energy. The occasion was also graced by Shri Ravindra Gupta who is the youngest son of Shri Lokmanilal, and is the treasurer of the MPVM Samiti. Smt. Sushmita Kanungo, Principal MPVM thanked the Guests for sparing their precious time for the celebration.
