• Patanjali sarva shiksha Prarambhik Vidyalaya was started in Nov. 2001 in the premises of Mahrashi Patanjali Vidya mandir, Allahabad.
• A school for children of deprived sections launched under Sarva shiksha Abhiyan – Universalising Elementary Education.
• Goal- Lighting the Lamp of learning in slum areas adjacent to our schools, Maharshi Patanjali Vidya Mandir, Allahabad.
• Survey made by teachers & students of MPVM in September, 2001.
• Maharshi Patanjali Vidya Mandir Samiti, an educational society situated in Allahabad , UP india is committed to the goal of making education available to all. It has gained recognition for promoting quality and value-based education through MPVM, a senior secondary school affiliated to the CBSE, New Delhi. It is keen to widen these opportunities to the children of weaker sections of society. In pursuance of this goal the society started Patanjali Sarva Shiksha (Education for All)Priamry School (PSSPS) in November, 2001, with the primary objective of providing free basic education to children in difficult circumstances residing in the vicinity of its school.

• The educational society resolves to build a centre of learning where the child's hidden potential is brought out by a team of dedicated team of teachers enabling him to evolve into a cultured and creative human being, will-equipped to play his rightful role in the progress of the nation.

• To provide basic education, such that they are able to read with understanding, write coherently and do simple arithmetic operations.
• Training in health and hygiene.
