M.P.V.M. Celebrates Teachers’ Day The students of Maharshi Patanjali Vidya Mandir, celebrated Teachers’ Day with great zeal and enthusiasm and paid their tribute to Dr. Sarvapalli Radha Krishnan, who was a great philosopher and a guru and greatly contributed for the education system in India. This auspicious day commenced with the lighting of the lamp by the Principal Smt. Sushmita Kanungo, incharges Mrs. M.N. Arya, Mrs. Padmavati Pandey and Mrs. Vibha Srivastava along with a melodious Saraswati Vandana by Sai Satya. The students presented a beautiful Ganesh Vandana in the form of a dance performance. The Principal and the Incharges were invited for the Cake cutting ceremony. It was a beautiful cake and it was very thoughtful of the Head Boy Naman Dwivedi, to get it made with the logo of the school along with books, note books and pencils. The rhythmic dance performance was presented by the girls of class XII on various songs, in the form of a mash up. Two games were conducted for the teachers which were thoroughly enjoyed by all. Musical Yoga were presented by the students of Classes 7 and 8 which was appreciated by one and all. Pranjali Pant gave a mesmerizing Bharatnatyam performance. Rishabh Tiwari of Class XII rendered a solo performance with Kshitj Parihar accompanying him on the synthesizer. Last but not the least on the cultural front was the Musical band by various students playing different instruments and songs which was the highlight of the day. The encouraging and beautiful words of appreciation by the Principal Smt. Sushmita Kanungo, made the students emotional. The Head Girl, Oorja Mishra extended the vote of thanks with a beautiful self composed poem for all the teachers.
