The shortlisting and final selection of the awardees for the year 2014 was done by independent jury consisting of three members. They are Justice Girdhar Malviya (Retd. Judge, Allahabad High Court), Dr. Rajesh purohit (Director, Allahabad Museum) and Dr. Sudha prakash (Retd. Additional Director Education, Uttar Pradesh).There were various categories and winners as follows:
